Case study: Aragon Tower

This distinctive tower on the banks of the River Thames comprises 144 apartments and 14 two- and three-bedroom penthouses, which offer views over Greenwich, Canary Wharf and the whole of London. At 92 metres, it is one of the tallest privately-owned residential tower blocks in the UK.

The Aragon Tower project, completed in 2006, involved the construction of six additional floors on top of an existing 25-storey block of flats.

LBL Finishers powder coated approximately 5,700m² of aluminium panels and flashings in Syntha Pulvin Ral 9010 and XDLB052 (Metallic Pearl) to a marine specification.

This high-profile redevelopment won the 2006 Evening Standard New Homes Award for Best Conversion, and was Highly Commended for Best New Apartment.
